These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CoParent Pilot service. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the CoParent Pilot web application and related services. "You" and "your" mean the individual accessing the Service. "We," "us," and "our" mean CoParent Pilot, LLC.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not use the Service to harass or abuse any person; upload unlawful or harmful content; or interfere with the Service.
4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Renewals
Paid add-ons are billed in advance. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms prospectively with notice.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, except where superseded by the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
